Headed to Seapointe or considering a trip this fall or next summer but not sure what there is to do? Well Seapointe is a first class resort with all of the amenities of one as well. You don't have to take my word for it though. Come and experience Seapointe yourself and I guarantee you will fall in love.
Hidden at the most Southern tip of Wildwood Crest, is a 17 acre private resort. With 24 hour security, and secured access to all buildings, it is a very safe family oriented place to stay. The quietness is what drew us there - close to all of the attractions - but also far enough away that we were not hearing or seeing the lights all night long. The tranquility of Seapointe is superior but add in the amenities and it's unrivaled by any other resort in New Jersey.
Before we go through the amenities, it may be helpful to get familiar with a map of Seapointe so that you can visually see where each of the following amenities are located compared to where you may be staying.
Now that you have a better understanding of where the buildings are located, let's look at what activities and amenities you will access to while you are staying at Seapointe.
Private Beach
Seapointe offers a large private beach for all guests and owners at Seapointe. With our own beach chair and umbrella rental service, it makes for a super stress free beach day! If you need additional assistance getting to the beach, check out the options that are available here.
Private Lounge and Look Out Area
Located next to the ocean front pool, is a newly renovated ocean look out area. Equipped with new Teak furniture, it provides a very quiet, relaxing and comfortable area to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or just relax with a great book and enjoy the serenity of all that Seapointe offers!
Tennis and Basketball
The tennis and basketball courts are open to both guests and owners of Seapointe Village. If you don't have your own tennis rackets, no worries, Seapointe guest services will loan them to you. Brought the rackets but not the balls, just head over to guest services next to the gate house and they will provide them to you. Guest services is open daily from 8am – 5pm and it is recommended that you reserve court time during the prime summer months as it does get crowded. You can reserve your spot up to a week ahead of time by calling 609-729-7100 x3115.
Pools
There are four pools on the property. The beach front pool is front of the Pinnacle building and offers beach views from the pool deck. There is another quieter pool over in front of the Gardens building if you are looking to just relax and enjoy a quieter environment. If you have little ones and want more of a “kids pool” there is family friendly pool in front of Center Court inclusive of a splash pad, a little water slide and a kiddie pool for the younger swimmers. Just next to the Center Court pool is the fourth pool which is front of the Ibis building and that offers an indoor/outdoor pool and additional seating. You can’t go wrong at Seapointe – there is something for everyone here!
Hot Tubs
Seapointe has 4 hot tubs as well. There are 3 hot tubs on the deck in front of the Pinnacle building all set to varying temperatures and another inside the Ibis indoor pool which is open year round. My personal favorite is the indoor hot tub in the winter!
Bocce Ball
Seapointe has a bocce ball court in front of the ocean front pool for all guests and owners alike.
Surf and Swim Lessons (Summer Months Only)
Seapointe offers surf lessons right on the beach 7 days a week. They also offer swim lessons in the pools every morning for those interested.
Fire pits
Whether you are down in the summer, fall, winter or spring, the fire pits will be on. Open year round, there are two fire pits at Seapointe. The first is in front of the Ibis building and is open year round from noon until 11pm daily. The second fire pit is located on the beach in front of the Pinnacle building. This fire pit is open from dusk until 11pm daily but does not allow smores.
Fitness Center
Seapointe offers fitness rooms that are open from 6am until 10pm daily throughout the year to both guests and owners. Your pool tags will be required for entrance. The fitness room is located in the Pinnacle building on the main level - just go in through the double doors in front of the pool and you will walk directly into it.
Playground
If your kids are like ours, they will LOVE the private playground at Seapointe. Located in the center of the resort, you will have access to the playground year round. There are also a few other public playgrounds within walking distance to Seapointe if you wanted to explore other options as well.
Game Room
There is a game room located in the Pinnacle building that is open from 8am until 10pm daily. You can enter the game room by entering the Pinnacle building through the doors in front of the pool and then making a right. There are also vending machines located inside as well and a purified water refilling station.
Deli Hut (Summer Months Only)
The deli hut is open around 7am until 5pm daily through the summer. It is located in front of the ocean front pool on the beach.
Grills and Seating
There were no corners cut when it came to our grills or the seating options. New Weber grills are located through the resort for your convenience. Stay in and grill some steaks and spend the night at the pool eating poolside! There is plenty of seating located throughout the complex including pool side and beach side!
Gardens, Waterfalls and Pathways
When you walk around Seapointe, you are transported to a tropical resort. Every year, over 900 flats of annuals are planted to keep Seapointe looking colorful and well maintained. That’s over 40,000 flowers every spring which makes the gardens and pathways through the village not only colorful but unique in everyway.
Seascape Guest Services
Seapointe Village offers guest services inclusive of a gift shop, ATM and local information, however, being a part of the Seascape community provides an additional level of concierge care. We have created a guest services tab to help our current guests and community members plan their vacations so that they are as stress free and relaxing as possible. You will find everything from family friendly restaurant recommendations, to weekly event calendars to activities and excursions. There is something for everyone and we are adding to our guest services all the time based on request.
