Someone said to me the other day "what's all the fuss about with Seapointe?" I kind of chuckled and asked them if they had ever been to Seapointe before to which they responded "no". Well.....they are in for a surprise when they visit this winter as this place is as great in the winter as it is the summer!! Sometimes we just need a reason why to make the decision to go so here are several reasons "why" Seapointe is the place to go to!
Indoor Pool and Hot Tub
Open from 10am to 10pm, this indoor pool is often quiet and provides a great place to warm up during those cold days. It also provides a great place for kids to burn off extra energy while playing in the water, diving for treasures and just enjoying the time off of school!
Fire Pits
Seapointe has 2 fire pits on site and one that is open year round in front of the indoor pool. It may be cold out but I still wear my flip flops! LOL. Sit by the fire and warm up with a glass of wine while the kids roast their marshmallows and make smores!

Sunsets to Amaze
You can't beat the sunsets at the shore! Watch as moon rises over the ocean and the sky lights up in multiple colors of pink and purple!
Namaste
Whether you meditate or do yoga, relaxing on the beach has never been more fun. It's quiet, the dunes protect you from the wind and you can truly relax to the sounds of the ocean and nature.
Trails of Walkways
There are miles of beach walkways all around Seapointe. Walk down Seaview to the Bird Conservatory and enjoy 2 miles of paths through the dunes and out to the ocean. If you have never experienced it, it's a must try. Total silence and peace to clear the mind and completely let go of the day.
Views
Seapointe is an ocean front community with 3 buildings directly on the beach. Almost all of those units have some type of view of the ocean from their balcony. At Seascape you will enjoy views from not only the balcony (shown below) but from every room in the condo!
Relaxing Walks
The beach never closes! Between September and June it's pretty quiet though and most mornings you will have the beach to yourself or just a few others. It's a perfect respite for those long weeks in the office and grueling back to back days of work and meetings. Come and relax as you listen to the beautiful sounds of nature and enjoy the amazing views that you only get at the beach!
Tennis
For those milder days in April and May, enjoy the tennis courts. Two private courts just for Seapointe owners and guests offer an option to stay active and healthy during vacation! Bring your own rackets and balls or you can rent them from the guest services office.
Playground
Seapointe offer a private playground in the middle of the community just for Seapointe guests and owners so when the kids want to play outside you won't have far to walk. Enjoy swings, slides, monkey bars and more. There's even a basketball court for the kids to use if they want!
Game Room
It's not huge but for those rainy days, it's another option of things to do at Seapointe. Play a game of parents vs kids on the air hockey table or just give them a few dollars in quarters and watch them have fun as they play one of the various arcade games in the game room.
Fitness Center
Too cold to run outside but don't want to miss a workout? Come and workout in the Seapointe Fitness Center located in the Pinnacle building. Between free weights and cardio machines, there will be something for everyone there.
