6th Annual West Cape May Hospitality Night on Friday, November 22 from 5-8pm!



Plan to spend a festive, fun filled evening with the community. There will be specials, sales, giveaways, contests and much more.














Christmas in North Wildwood - November 29th

Olde New Jersey Ave., 200 block of West 10th Ave., 100 block of East 17th Ave., & more! Enjoy a scavenger hunt with prizes while enjoying the holidays in North Wildwood!! Family Holiday Beach Bonfire - November 29th

2nd & Surf Ave., North Wildwood. 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Enjoy family fun including music and free photo ops with Santa and other winter wonderland characters from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Donation: $10 adults, $2 children 12 & under. Wildwoods December Restaurant Week – November 29th - December 8th

Dining in the Wildwoods has never been better! Enjoy a three-course meal from some of the island’s most delicious restaurants! The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce presents Wildwoods Restaurant Week from November 29 through December 8! Participating restaurants will offer a $40 three-course pre-fixe menu (plus tax & gratuity). Willow Creek Sip and Shop - November 30th

Kick off the holiday season at our annual Holiday Sip & Shop

Visit the Winery in all of its festive glow while shopping through stalls of local artisans. Enjoy food and drink specials, including seasonal Willow Whips and mulled wine.

Wildwoods Holiday Shopping Village – November 30

Byrne Plaza & Downtown Wildwood from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on November 30, 2024. The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce presents The 5th Annual Wildwoods Holiday Shopping Village… a completely outdoor shopping experience. Shop Small Business Saturday like never before. Local small business vendors will be on hand for you to purchase the perfect holiday gift! Local artisans, jewelry, specialty shops, handcrafted items, holiday decorations, baked goods, boutique shops, gifts, holiday music, & more. This event will also serve as a gift drop location for The Lynch Who Stole Christmas From The GrYnch Program. Cape May Zoo Tree Lighting - November 30th

The Cape May County Park and Zoo and the Cape May County Board of County Commissioners are welcoming families and residents to Santa’s Tree Lighting Celebration on Saturday November 30 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. 

The Ceremony and Lighting of the Tree will be at 5:00 P.M. 

Vendors with collectibles and crafts for sale including unique items from the Cape May County Associations of Zoo Keepers will be available  from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

The Zoo will be open from 10 am to 3:30 pm.



Breakfast with Santa- November 30, December 7th and 8th

Share a delicious breakfast with family and friends and welcome special guest Santa Claus, himself, as he visits Cape May’s Aleathea’s Restaurant, the Inn of Cape May, 7 Ocean St. in the weeks leading up to Christmas! He will meet and greet his fans and there will be time for children to visit with Santa, take photos, and share their wish lists with him. Event is limited. Holidays at HenVille - December 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd

Shopping Village – FREE

127 W. Rio Grande Ave., Wildwood. 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Wrap up your holiday shopping with a bow at the Annual Shopping Village at MudHen Brewing Company. Enjoy entertainment for the entire family including hot cocoa, s’mores stations, caricatures, face painting, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and live music in the Biergarten! Make sure to visit all the wonderful vendors in the parking lot and finish that shopping list! Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting on December 8, 15, and 22! Wildwood Crest Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony – December 3rd

Start Time:    6:00pm


The Borough's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place the Friday before the Community Wide Christmas Parade.  The ceremony will commence at 6:00pm in Wilbraham Park.




Greater Wildwood Jaycees Christmas Parade - December 6, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.!

Parade registration/check-in begins at 5 p.m. at the North Wildwood Recreation Center, 10th and Central Avenues, North Wildwood. Parade lines up along Central Avenue and steps off 16th Avenue at 6:30 p.m. proceeding along Central Avenue, then Pacific Avenue to Spicer Avenue where the parade will turn and proceed to Byrne Plaza. Awards will be announced for floats and decorated business lighting contest at approximately 7:30 p.m. in Byrne Plaza. Greater Wildwood Jaycees Downtown Wildwood Christmas in the Plaza – FREE - December 6th

December 7th (Saturday) - COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS PARADE

The parade marches through town beginning at the West Cape May Volunteer Firehouse heading South on Broadway, turning East on Perry, and finishing its route through to the end of Carpenter Lane in the City of Cape

May.  In the unfortunate event of inclement weather, the Parade will reschedule to (Sunday) December 8th.  N

Wildwood’s Winter Wonderland at Holly Beach Park – FREE - December 13th and 14th

123 E. Andrews Avenue, Wildwood. Enjoy Wildwood’s very own Winter Wonderland at Holly Beach Park. The light show will run every half hour from 5 p.m.- 9 p.m. on December 13th-14th and 20th-21st. Bring the family and enjoy the light show with complimentary hot chocolate, popcorn, letters to Santa station, and a visit from Mr. & Mrs. Claus. Cookie Decorating - December 15th - Keenan's Pub is teaming up with Cookies by Lyss for a Christmas Cookie Decorating class on Sunday December 15th from 1-3pm! 12 Pubs of Christmas - December 15th

The Grinch himself will be joining us for this festive event to bring laughs, photo ops, and maybe a little mischief. This event is first-come, first-served from 12-4pm.


Family Holiday Celebration & Tree Lighting Ceremony – FREE - December 14th

Enjoy a family-friendly event at the Wildwoods Convention Center from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. featuring FREE admission to holiday-themed crafters and movies, photos with Santa, choir performances, children’s craft making table, a magician, face painting, dance performances, Story Time with Mrs. Claus and much more! Cruise with Santa - December 21st

Get ready for some holiday magic! Santa is taking a ferry ride, and you're invited!   Join us on Saturday, December 21, as Santa boards the ferry from Cape May at 10:30 a.m. and returns at 1:30 p.m.  

Lewes passengers, can board the 12:15 p.m. sailing for one trip with the jolly man himself!

Bring your holiday spirit, capture some festive photos, and make this a day to remember!



Ongoing Events in December


Mrs. Claus comes direct from the North Pole to lead this tour! She tells stories and leads holiday songs on this jolly holiday trolley ride through town. Santa joins the fun at the Gazebo on the grounds of the 1879 Emlen Physick Estate. Begins and ends at the Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St. (with free parking available).



Christmas Candlelight House Tour

Join a beloved tradition and travel to more than a dozen homes, inns, B&Bs, churches and hotels seeing interiors beautifully decorated for the holidays on Cape May’s largest, longest running and most popular Christmas tour.


Lamplighter Christmas Walking Tour

See inside a selection of Cape May bed & breakfast inns and private homes, specially decorated for the holidays.




Holiday Lights Trolley Ride

Who can resist the twinkle of Cape May’s beautiful Victorian homes decorated for Christmas? This trolley ride through the historic streets of Cape May is a delight.


Holiday Inns Tour

See several of Cape May’s bed & breakfast inns & private homes festively decorated for the holidays during this self-guided afternoon tour with continuous trolley shuttle service.  


Evening Yuletide House Tour

Take this guided, first-person living history holiday tour of first-floor rooms of the magnificent 1879 Physick Estate where your guide portrays a member of the Physick family in the early 1900s and shares holiday stories and traditions. Tour includes a visit to the Carroll Gallery.


Spirited Cape May Christmas Trolley Ride

Hear tales of Cape May Christmasses long, long ago and not so long ago, including odd and surprising arrivals by Santa and ghostly shadows walking the streets at night.





Starting December 20th, the Cape May Convention Hall will open the doors for indoor roller skating again!






Breakfast with Santa
