Happy 4th of July!

I can't believe it's the 4th of July weekend already! If you are down at the shore already or planning on going down, you are also probably wondering what's going on? When are the fireworks? Where should we go? Well, here are a few things going on that you may want to check out!





Events the Week of July 4th

Check out Seascape's list of events for the week of July 4th which include festivals, parades, fireworks and more. There is definitely something for everyone and many of the events are free! If nothing on the list is of interest to you, maybe check the activities and excursions that are available in and around Wildwood and Cape May. And if still you don't find something, then just head to the beach and relax there!


Fireworks and Parades - Cape May

The City of Cape May's Weekend Independence Day festivities are starting out with a parade on Saturday at noon followed by a festival at 5pm and then fireworks starting after 9pm. There will be food, rides and entertainment for everyone!

Want to come back Sunday? There will be more festivities at Congress Hall followed by more fireworks at 9:15pm.



Fireworks and Parades - Wildwood

If you are going to be in Wildwood, check in at 9th and Atlantic Avenues, North Wildwood for the annual parade. Registration takes place from 8:15 am – 8:45 am and parade begins at 9 a.m. at 9th and Atlantic Avenues in North Wildwood and proceeds north to 1st and Surf Avenues. No rain date. Prizes awarded for the best decorated bikes wagons, strollers, scooters and ALL NEW THIS YEAR, low speed vehicles in red, white and blue theme. FREE! And DON’T MISS THE 4th OF JULY FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR AT 10:00 p.m.! Rain date Monday July 5th at 10:00 p.m. What better way to end a fun-filled week of summer fun in the Wildwoods than with FREE Fireworks! Enjoy a spectacular nighttime display of fireworks exploding to a musical score that is played all along the Boardwalk and is simulcast on 98.7 The Coast. Launched from Pine Avenue & the Beach the fireworks are visible from anywhere on the Boardwalk. So pull up a beach chair or just stop in your tracks on the Boardwalk for a few minutes of breathtaking color and lights!



Fireworks - Diamond Beach Club

There will be fireworks at the Diamond Beach Club around 9:00pm Sunday night. For those staying at Seascape you will have a front row seat from the balcony! If you are at Seapointe, head down to the beach and you will have front row seats to a spectacular display of lights!
