Alpacas
Jersey Shore Alpacas is a small farm owned and operated by Jim and Tish Carpinelli, and located in Green Creek, a small town near historic Cape May, NJ.
We take pride in ensuring that our alpacas are cared for with the utmost attention to their health and happiness. Our farm focus is agritourism (farm tourism), and our alpacas are happy to oblige by enthusiastically greeting visitors!

Bike Rentals
There are several bike rentals in the area but the closest one is at Harbor Lights - only two blocks from Seapointe!
Bird Sanctuary
The Two Mile Beach Refuge is a beautiful natural area, with several trails and easy access to the beach, dunes, dune forest, and salt marsh. You will get to see an undeveloped barrier island basically the way it looked a hundred years ago!
Once you have arrived at the Refuge, follow the signs along the driveway to the Visitor Contact Station, and sign-in with one of our Volunteers. You will receive a trail map and directions.
You’ll get to choose any one of three short and easy trails to hike. None of the trails will be longer than a half-mile; some are as short as a tenth of a mile, so there are choices for all ages and abilities. Two of the trails are also wheelchair accessible.

Cape May Fireman’s Museum
The museum is open and free to the public. Please come visit and enjoy the history of the City of Cape May Fire Dept. Shirts can be purchased inside the Station. The career personnel on staff will be happy to assist you. Our Antique Fire Engine is a 1928 American La France and is housed inside the museum.
Cape May House Tours
Cape May MAC presents a multitude of house tours throughout the year. Holiday themed house tours, garden tours, kitchen tours, designer house tours and more. Touring Cape May’s Victorian and Designer homes is a great way to learn about Cape May history or make some home renovations plans of your own!
Cape May Lighthouse Tours
The 1859 Cape May Lighthouse is fully restored and visitors can climb 199 steps to the top for a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay.
Cape May Trolley Tours
Hop on one of Cape May MAC’s cheery red trolleys and take a guided tour the easy and comfortable way. Knowledgeable guides will tell you everything you want to know about America’s first seaside resort, from our Victorian heritage to our seashore and maritime history and more, with plenty of fun facts sprinkled in.
Carriage Rides
The Cape May Carriage Company has been a part of Victorian Cape May since 1983. Tourist and residents alike have shared in the beauty of proud horses, fine carriages and extraordinary tours detailing Cape May's interesting history. Carriage rides are offered (weather permitting) in half-hour tours on weekends during the spring and fall months and daily during the summer and Christmas season. All carriage tours leave from the corner of Ocean and Washington Streets and tickets can be purchased during regular business hours for the same day. Cash or travelers checks are accepted, credit or debit cards are not accepted.
East Lynn Theater
East Lynne Theater Company (ELTC) is a proven destination for theater lovers who crave the adventure of discovery! By celebrating the American Spirit on Stage through timeless classics and provocative new works, this award-winning Equity professional company provides a portal to the past that provides a better understanding for the present. Founded in 1980, the company is named after a popular 19th century American play.
Emlen Physick Estate
A visit to the Physick Estate today offers a look back at our Victorian past as evidenced by its architecture, decorative arts, customs, and the lives of one particular Cape May family, the Physicks. Emlen Physick Jr., his widowed mother, Frances Ralston, and his maiden aunt Emilie Parmentier moved into their home when it was completed in 1879.

For Seapointe guests only, there is an indoor pool that is open year round! The kids love it and in the winter, it's not crowded at all! There is also a hot tub for the adults to lounge and relax in. Forget about the winter blues in here and just enjoy your vacation and the pool!

Railbiking
New in 2020, our Cape May run takes riders from the heart of Cape May
for a 4 mile out-and-back trip alongside the Garrett Family Preserve. Riders check in
behind the Welcome Center at 609 Lafayette Street and enjoy the expansive native wildflower
meadows and flora, as well as world-class viewing opportunities for migrating songbirds, raptors,
and pollinators like bumblebees and monarch butterflies, made possible by the wonderful
folks at The Nature Conservancy and the Garrett Family Preserve.
